Registration of art work

We have many volunteer opportunities at The Collective and will match a volunteer’s interests and skills with the tasks to the best of our ability.

Sponsorship for receptions (flowers, beverages, snacks)
Sponsorship for Exhibition Program (printing of signage, monographs, price lists and other marketing materials)
Spackling and painting the walls
Registration of art work
Organizing files for each exhibition
Inputing data from the guest/sign-in list to Constant Contact
Installation
Setting up the furniture for in-person and/or virtual programs
Creating 360 degree virtual tours of the exhibition
Compiling information for monographs of exhibitions
Inventory of the merchandise on hand
Dust and sweep the gift shop area
create a database of artists whose work is already and/or to be inventoried
Track sales and replenish stock
Correspond with artists/suppliers/customers regarding sales/shipments and receipt of items
Preparing materials and supplies for the classes and workshops (i.e. cutting fabrics for quilt projects, cutting mats for student work, assembling scissors, papers, adhesives, paints, etc.)
Sponsorship of brochures, video and other marketing materials
